Lindy Morris – With deep roots in the community and a lifetime of hands-on experience, Lindy brings a rare combination of knowledge, work ethic, and reliability to every project. A 4th-generation farmer that still cares for the original farm property, he was raised understanding the value of hard work, integrity, and doing things the right way the first time. He spent 8 years in the commercial industry as a project engineer to superintendent, managing job sites, coordinating crews, and ensuring projects stayed on track and up to standard. He then spent another 14 years as a Sales and Account Manager in the heavy equipment rental industry, building strong relationships and helping contractors get exactly what they need to get the job done efficiently. That background means he doesn’t just show up—he understands projects from every angle. When he’s not working, you’ll find him spending time with his wife and kids, usually outdoors, and often with their dog, Shep, not too far behind. Family, land, and community aren’t just part of his story—they’re what drive the way he does business. Honest work. Clear communication. Done right the first time.
